1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Only unopened and unused supplements are eligible for return
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


3. Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original delivery charges will be refunded

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We accept returns and offer full refunds for:

  • Damaged items
  • Faulty products
  • Incorrect items sent

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos where possible.


5. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the return
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds
